Merging + unmerging contacts

Merging: when a client switches phone number, I don't want to have to manage duplicate conversations. I want everything consolidated in one place

Unmerging: sometimes another client will pick up a lost phone and claim that phone's number as their own. In these cases, I'd like to be able to unmerge a specific phone number from a contact into a new contact or to another existing contact.
